Specimen reception is open 08:00–16:00 Monday to Friday. Deliveries by articulated lorry should be booked ahead — the yard entrance is tight.
Before you send specimens
- Wait for the written specimen schedule — sizes differ by method
- Send the product as it will be manufactured, not a laboratory sample
- Include the substrate and fixings you intend to specify
- Label every piece with product reference and production date
- Allow for conditioning time on hygroscopic products
- Tell us the classification you are targeting, so we can flag a doomed route early
Enquiry form
A test engineer answers enquiries, not a sales desk. If the programme you describe will not reach the classification you need, the reply will say so.
For witnessing arrangements or a facility visit, use the same form and say so.
